WHERE DO YOU FIT?

Two different jobs.
Two useful ways to learn.

The PestTrain difference

We’ve been asking the hard questions on real sites since 2012. We bring that experience into every smaller-group course.

01 / REAL WORK

Learn from the field

We bring the questions we meet on audits and investigations into the classroom.

02 / SMALLER GROUPS

Room to ask why

There’s time to stop, ask why and work through your own examples.

03 / BESPOKE

Built for your organisation

Training for three or more employees can start with your own sites, roles and risks.

01 / For pest controllers

PESTTRAIN / FIELDWORK

Real site work.
Real questions.

The evidence PestTrain handles in inspections and investigations feeds directly into the way we teach.

02 / From the case files

The clues are
in the detail.

A good answer starts with the right question. These are the kinds of site problems that shape how we teach.

FIELD NOTE / 01 LONDON · RODENTS

An eight-storey office. A persistent mouse problem.

PestTrain used cameras, ultraviolet tracking and sand traps to map activity and test the existing control approach. The investigation revealed avoidance of several measures already in place.

What this means for training — learn to follow evidence rather than repeat a routine that is not working.

FIELD NOTE / 02 YORKSHIRE · BED BUGS

When treatment outran the evidence.

A PestTrain inspection found treatment had spread beyond the evidence. The case highlighted the value of careful surveying and helping housekeeping staff recognise early signs.

What this means for training — people who notice and report the first signs can change the response.
